Taflotan Indications
- Elevated intraocular pressure in open-angle glaucoma and eye hypertension of adults.
It is used as monotherapy in patients:
- Lack of response to treatment with first-line;
- Intolerant or contra-indications for the treatment of first line.
As additional treatment in combination with beta-blockers.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance tafluprostu or any of the excipients.
Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose is one drop of the drug in the conjunctival sac of the affected (s) of the eye (Eye) 1 once daily in the evening.
It is not recommended to enter the drug more than once a day, as more frequent administration may reduce the effect of reducing vnutrishoochnoho pressure.
Application elderly patients
For elderly patients, dose modification is required.
The use in patients with renal / hepatic insufficiency
Administration mode
