Sulpiryd Indications
Short-term symptomatic treatment of anxiety disorders in adults when conventional therapeutic measures have failed.
Serious behavioral disorders (agitation, agitation, self-harm, stereotypes) in children over the age of 14 years, especially in patients with the syndrome of autism.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Pheochromocytoma.
Acute porphyria.
Concomitant use of levodopa.
Patients with congenital galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency.
Dosage & Administration
Sulpiride is taken no less than 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, because the presence of food in the stomach reduces the absorption of the drug by 30%.
The dose of sulpiride is necessary to allocate 2 admission.
Sulpiride not be taken simultaneously with sucralfate or antacids after 2 hours after administration.
Adults: short-term symptomatic treatment of anxiety disorders when conventional therapeutic measures have failed: the daily dose is 50-150 mg for a maximum of 4 weeks.
