RIBOXIN Indications
Complex treatment of coronary artery disease (a condition after myocardial infarction, angina),
heart rhythm disturbance,
intoxication with drugs cardiac glycosides,
treatment of cardiomyopathies of various origins,
myocardial (against the background of heavy physical exertion, infectious and endocrine genesis), myocarditis, liver disease (hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver degeneration),
prevention of leukopenia during irradiation.
To improve the visual function with open-angle glaucoma with normalized intraocular pressure.
Dosage & Adminsitration
Applied / drip or bolus. First administered 200 mg (10 ml of a 2% solution) 1 times a day, more if tolerated - 400 mg (20 ml of a 2% solution) 1-2 times a day. The course of treatment is determined individually (on average 10-15 days).
With drip / in a 2% solution of the drug is diluted in 5% p-D glucose or 0.9% sodium chloride, D (250 ml). The drug is administered slowly drip at a rate of 40-60 drops per 1 min. In severe heart rhythm disturbances may bolus in a single dose of 200-400 mg (10-20 ml of 2% solution).
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the drug. Gout, hyperuricemia. Limitation to receive the drug - renal failure.
