Pyrazinamide Indications
Treatment of all forms of tuberculosis (in combination with other drugs tuberculostatic).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pyrazinamide, other components of the drug or other similar in chemical structure of drugs (Ethionamidum, isoniazid, niacin).
- Severe hepatic insufficiency
- Acute gout
- Asymptomatic hyperuricemia
Dosage & Application
The tablet is taken as a single dose after eating whole, washed down with water. To calculate the daily dose always use the ideal body weight.
Daily dose for adults and children aged 15 years - 20-30 mg / kg body weight per reception. Take 1-3 times a day depending on tolerability. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 1.5 g
