Noliprel Indications
Hypertension of patients who require treatment with perindopril and indapamide 10 mg 2.5 mg.
Dosage & Administration
Oral administration.
1 tablet per day odinokratno adults, preferably in the morning before eating.
Patients with impaired liver function. For patients with severe hepatic dysfunction treatment with the drug is contraindicated. For patients with moderate hepatic impairment is not necessary to dose adjustment.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to perindopril (or any other ACE inhibitors), indapamide (or other sulfonamides) or to any excipients;
angioneurotic edema (angioedema) in history associated with previous treatment with ACE inhibitors;
congenital or idiopathic angioedema;
liver dysfunction and severe hepatic encephalopathy;
hypokalemia;
neantiaritmicheskimi combination with drugs that can cause the development of paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia according to the type of pirouette;
pregnancy (particularly II and III trimester);
lactation;
violation of moderate to severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <60 mL / min).
due to lack of sufficient clinical experience Noliprel BBC Forte should not be used in:
patients who are on hemodialysis;
patients with decompensated heart failure (if left untreated).
