Nivalin Indications
Neurology
- peripheral nervous system diseases (polyradiculitis, radiculoneuritis, neuritis, polyneuritis, polyneuropathy);
- treatment of conditions associated with damaged anterior horns of the spinal cord (after polio myelitis, spinal muscular atrophy);
- cerebral Palsy (state after brain stroke, cerebral palsy, after CNS injury);
- disorders of neuromuscular synapses (myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophy);
- cognitive impairment in various diseases of the central nervous system (trauma, intoxication, multiple sclerosis, autism).
Anaesthesia and Surgery

- treatment of postoperative paresis of the small intestine and bladder.

Toxicology

Contraindications

Dosage & Administration

The maximum single dose for adults is 10 mg of p / k, and the maximum daily dose - 20 mg.
Children:
children under the age of 1 year - 2 years: 0.25-1 mg (0.02-0.08 mg / kg); over 3 years: 0,03-0,28 mg / kg; 3-5 years: 0.5-5 mg; 6-8 years: 0,75-7,5 mg; 9-11 years: 1-10 mg; 12-15 years: 1,25-12,5 mg; 15 years and under: 1,25-15 mg.
