Nitroxolin Indications

Apply with infections of the urinary tract:

- pyelonephritis (inflammation of the kidney tissue and renal pelvis),

- cystitis (bladder infection),

- urethritis (inflammation of the urethra),

- prostatitis (prostate inflammation), etc.

For the prevention of infections after operations on the kidneys and urinary tract, as well as other diseases, caused by susceptible microorganisms to this drug. Most effective in the stability of the microflora to other antibacterial agents.

Application

Take during or after meals. The average adult daily dosage of 0.4 g (0.1 g four times daily). The dose may be doubled. The duration of treatment depends on the nature and severity of the disease. In most cases, treatment of 2-3 weeks. If necessary to repeat courses with a two-week break. In severe cases, the daily dose is increased to 0.15-0.2 g 4 times a day.

Contraindications
