Nimesil Indications
Dosage form: granules for oral suspension.
Basic physical and chemical properties: light yellow granular powder with orange smell; after partial dissolution color of white or light yellow.
Treatment of acute pain, primary dysmenorrhea.
- Acute pain. Symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis pain syndrome. Primary dysmenorrhea.
Nimesulide should be used only as a second-line drug.
The decision to appoint nimesulide should be taken based on the assessment of all risks to the patient.
Dosage & Administration
To minimize unwanted side effects, you should use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time. It is recommended to be taken after meals.
The maximum duration of treatment NIMESIL -15 days.
Adults. Nimesulide 100 mg (1 odnodozovyy package), 2 times a day after meals.
Elderly patients. Dose adjustment is required.
Children under the age of 12 years.
Dose adjustment is required.
Patients with impaired renal function. For patients with mild or moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-80 ml / min) dose adjustment is not needed, while severely impaired renal function (creatinine clearance <30 mL / h) is protyvopokazannyam to use Nimesylu®.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to nimesulide or to any component of the drug. Hyperergic reactions in history (bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticaria) in connection with the use of aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Hepatotoxic reactions to nimesulide in history.
Concomitant use of other substances with potential hepatotoxicity.
Alcoholism and drug addiction.
