MYCOSYST INDICATIONS
- systemic candidiasis - candidemia, disseminated candidiasis (endocardium, abdominal organs, respiratory tract, urinary tract, eye);
- candidiasis of the mucous membranes - oropharyngeal, esophageal and non-invasive bronchopulmonary, candiduria, chronic atrophic oral candidiasis (thrush caused by dentures);
- acute or recurrent vaginal candidiasis;
- prophylactic use to reduce the frequency of relapses of vaginal candidiasis (≥3 episodes per year);
- candida balanitis;
- candidiasis skin.
Diseases caused by dermatophytes, with the ineffectiveness of topical antifungal agents: tinea pedis, torso, shins, pityriasis versicolor, onychomycosis.
Endemic mycoses: coccidioidomycosis, paracoccidioidomycosis, sporotrichosis and histoplasmosis in patients with normal immune status.
System lesions caused by fungi of the genus of Cryptococcus, in particular fungal infections of the respiratory tract, skin and mucous membranes, cryptococcal meningitis; prevention of relapse of cryptococcal infection in AIDS patients.
Prevention of fungal infections in patients receiving cytostatic or radiotherapy.
Treatment of patients undergoing organ transplants and receiving antibiotics, cytostatic and immunosuppressive therapy or in a case where there is a risk of infection by fungi other reasons.
APPLICATION
Orally or in the form of infusion (maximum injection rate - 10 mL / min), depending on the patient. The daily dose does not change depending on the application. In a 100 ml infusion of p-ra contains 200 mg of fluconazole in 0.9% sodium chloride D.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to fluconazole or other azole derivatives.
During pregnancy, due to the lack of sufficient clinical experience with the drug should carefully compare the benefits and risks of treatment, assigning Mycosyst only for health reasons.
Breastfeeding In exchange treatment drug is contraindicated. Treatment of children is carried out only for health reasons in cases where there is no alternative treatment.
