Mucolvan Indications
To strengthen the production of pulmonary surfactant in preterm infants and newborns with respiratory distress syndrome.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to ambroxol hydrochloride or the other ingredients.
Dosage & Administration
Proved that effective the total daily dose, which is 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride per 1 kg of body weight.
The dose used in four ways by slow intravenous infusion; is recommended for every single dose by intravenous infusion using infusion pump device for at least 5 minutes.
The contents 1-6 ampoules should be diluted in 250-500 ml of saline or Ringer's solution immediately before use. The resulting infusion solution should be used within 6 hours after preparation.
Duration of treatment - 5 days.
