Miaser Indications
To eliminate the symptoms of depression in which drug therapy is indicated.
Contraindications
Manic syndrome, severe hepatic dysfunction.
Hypersensitivity to mianserynu or to any component of the drug.
Mianserynu Concomitant use of MAO inhibitors.
Dosage & Administration
The tablets should be taken orally, swallowed without chewing, as appropriate drink liquid.
Adults: the dose should be determined individually. The recommended starting dose is 30 mg per day. The dose can gradually increase every few days for optimal clinical effect. Typically, the effective dose is 60-90 mg, the maximum daily - 90 mg.
