Mexiprim Indications

- acute cerebrovascular accident;
- encephalopathy;
- cardiopsychoneurosis;
- mild cognitive disorders of atherosclerotic;
- anxiety in neurotic and neurosis-like states;
- relief of abstinence syndrome in alcoholism with a predominance of neurosis and neurocirculatory violations;
- acute intoxication antipsychotics;
- acute purulent inflammation of the abdominal cavity (peritonitis) in the complex therapy.

Contradictions

Increased individual sensitivity to the drug, liver and / or kidney failure, pregnancy and lactation, child age.

Dosage & Administration

Mexiprim ia appointed intravenous (bolus or infusion). Doses are picked individually. When the infusion method of administering the drug should be diluted in physiological solution sodium chloride (200 mL). Started treatment with doses of 50-100 mg, 1-3 times a day, gradually increasing it to produce a therapeutic effect. Meksiprim jet injected slowly over 7.5 min, drip - at a rate of 40-60 drops per minute. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 800 mg.

In acute cerebral circulatory disorders Meksiprim administered as part of combination therapy in the first 2-4 days in / jet or drip adult 200-300 mg 1 time a day, and then - in / m to 100 mg 3 times a day. The duration of treatment is 10-14 days.
