Dosage & Administration
Mediсhronal Darnitsya used in adults after a meal, after dissolving the contents of both packages in ½-¾ cup (200 mL) warm water. A single dose of 28.5 g (total weight of the components of both packages).
To improve the palatability of the contents of the packages can be dissolved in non-carbonated beverages (juice, compote, etc.).
To eliminate acute alcoholic abstinence and drug used in the first day 1-2 times (10-12 h) at a dose of 28.5 g, in the next 2-3 days - 28.5 g at 1 time a day.
In combination with other drugs for the treatment of alcoholism, and if necessary secondary prevention drug is taken daily for one pack (28.5 g) over a 7 day course 3 with 3 day intervals between them. For the prevention of relapse in 1-1,5 months after the course of treatment Mediсhronal advised to undergo a second 30-day course of therapy. It is also possible to use one of three short repeated courses of prophylactic treatment (at 7-14 days) during the year.
For the prevention of intoxication necessary to take a single dose (the contents of the packet number 1 and number 2) for 30 minutes before drinking alcohol.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the drug; severe diabetes, arterial hypotension.
