Zevesin Indications
Symptomatic treatment urgent (mandatory) incontinence and / or frequent urination and urgent (mandatory) urination characteristic of patients with overactive bladder syndrome.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients;
- Urinary retention;
- Serious gastrointestinal diseases (including toxic megacolon);
- Myasthenia gravis;
- Closure glaucoma;
- Hemodialysis;
- Severe hepatic insufficiency;
- Severe renal insufficiency or hepatic insufficiency of moderate severity in patients receiving active treatment inhibitor of cytochrome CYP3A4, such as ketoconazole.
Dosage & Administration
Zevesin is taken orally. Tablets should be swallowed whole, washed down with fluid. The drug can be taken regardless of meals.
Adults, including elderly patients. The recommended dose is 5 solifenatsynu succinate 1 mg once daily. If necessary, the dose can be increased solifenatsynu succinate 10 mg 1 time a day.
