Xalcori Indications
Recommended dose for adjuvant therapy for colorectal cancer - 85 mg / m2 body surface intravenously every 2 weeks for 12 courses (total duration of treatment is 6 months).
Recommended dose for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer is 85 mg / m2 body surface intravenously every 2 weeks.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to creostinib or to any of the excipients of the drug.
Severe liver dysfunction
Dosage & Administration
Treatment should be initiated and supervised by a physician experienced in the use of antitumor drugs.
Recommended dose is 250 mg twice daily (500 mg per day) continuously.
