Pikovit Forte Indications
For children:
with reduced appetite;
with physical and mental overload in school children;
with underdevelopment;
as an aid in the treatment of antibiotics;
during seasonal shortage of fruit and vegetables in the diet.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug; hypervitaminosis A and D; nephrolithiasis; renal failure; expressed renal dysfunction; gout; hyperuricemia; erythremia; polycythemia; thromboembolism; thrombophlebitis; fructose intolerance, glucose malabsorption syndrome-galactose failure saharazy-izomaltazy; metabolism of iron or copper; hypercalcemia; hypercalciuria; hyperthyroidism; chronic glomerulonephritis; chronic heart failure; a history of sarcoidosis; active peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer (due to possible increase gastric acidity); active TB of the lungs; concomitant use of retinoids.
Dosage & Administration
Children from 7 years to treat hypovitaminosis use 1 tablet 1 time per day after meals, to prevent - 1 tablet a day.
Pikovit Forte coated tablets should be dissolved in the mouth.
With reduced appetite pills recommended for 2 months for other indications and, if necessary, depending on the duration and frequency of symptoms after consulting a doctor.
