Metrnidazole Indications
Local treatment of Trichomonas vaginitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to metronidazole or another drug. Hypersensitivity to imidazole derivatives.
This medicinal product is not recommended in combination with alcohol or disulfiram (see. Section "Interaction with other medicinal products and other forms of interaction").
Overdose
It can be observed leukopenia, neuropathy, ataxia, vomiting, mild disorientation. Since metronidazole specific antidote is unknown, it is recommended to perform symptomatic therapy.
