Vagilac Indications
Vagilak used for topical treatment and prevention of disorders of the vaginal microflora, including diseases associated with bacterial and fungal etiology, as well as diseases caused by protozoa.
Dosage & Administration
Vagilac capsules intended for intravaginal use. Capsule Vagilac recommended to enter deep into the vagina before going to sleep in the supine position. It is necessary to carefully observe good personal hygiene during the entire period of treatment Vagilac.
The duration of application and use of the scheme Vagilac preparation determined by the physician.
For the treatment of disorders of the vaginal flora (caused by acute, chronic and recurrent infectious and inflammatory gynecological diseases) is usually prescribed 1 capsule Vagilac preparation for the night. To begin the application Vagilac drug should be 4-5 days after the start of antibiotic therapy.
The duration of the application - 10 days.
For the prevention of disorders of the vaginal flora (including bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis, and candidiasis) is usually prescribed monotherapy Vagilac. Since the second half of the menstrual cycle is recommended to be administered daily 1 capsule before bedtime Vagilac drug deep into the vagina.
The duration of prophylactic course is 5 or 10 days.
If necessary, your doctor may increase the duration of therapy or prescribe repeated courses of treatment Vagilac.
Contraindications
Vagilac is not indicated in patients with intolerance to existing or additional components vaginal capsules.
Vagilac is not applied in the presence of common acute inflammation (purulent elements) and erosive lesions on the vaginal mucous membrane.
