Macmiror Indications
- vulvovaginal infections caused by susceptible pathogens (pathogens, trichomonads, fungi, yeast, chlamydia, fungi of the genus Candida).
- diseases of the genitourinary system (cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, pyelitis).
Dosage & Administration
Vulvovaginal infections
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day after meals for the treatment of a woman and her sexual partner (if possible). For local treatment used Macmiror complex shaped soft vaginal capsules or in the form of complex Makmiror vaginal cream.
Important. Patients who take only pill should increase the dose to 4 tablets per day. You must abstain from sexual intercourse during treatment, otherwise it is necessary to apply Macmiror complex vaginal cream, before each sex act.
Children aged 10 years and older: the recommended dose is 10 mg / kg body weight 2 times a day. Taking the drug should be after a meal. Duration of treatment was 10 days on the average.
Urinary tract infections
Adults: The recommended dose depends on the severity of the disease and is 3-6 tablets a day (ie 200-400 mg) once 3 times a day after meals. The course of treatment is on average 1-2 weeks.
Children aged 6 years and older: the recommended dose is 10-20 mg / kg body weight 2 times a day. Take after meals.
Macmiror Tablets can be used to prolong the course of treatment or re-cycle treatment of urinary tract infections as necessary.
Intestinal amoebiasis
Adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals for 10 days.
Children aged 6 years and older: the recommended dose - 10 mg / kg body weight, 3 times a day for 10 days.
Intestinal giardiasis
Adults: 2 tablets 2-3 times daily after meals for 7 days.

Gastrointestinal infections associated with Helicobacter pylori (in combination with other antibacterial agents)
Adults: 2 tablets 2-3 times a day for 7 days.

Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other components of the preparation. The drug should not be used in case of renal impairment, patients with neuropathy and a deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
