Salvia leaf Indications
Diseases of the mouth (stomatitis, gingivitis, gum) and upper respiratory tract (laryngitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the preparation of biologically active substances.
Dosage & Administration
1 tablespoon of leaves placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of hot boiling water, cover and leave in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature for 45 minutes, drain, squeeze to balance strained infusion. Volume infusions bring boiled water to 200 ml.
Externally for inhalation and rinse 3-4 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - undiluted, children aged 7-12 - 4 tablespoons of tincture diluted in 200 ml of boiling water; children aged 3-7 years - 2 tablespoons of tincture diluted in 200 ml of boiling water.
3 filter bags placed in a glass or enamel bowl, pour 200 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 15 minutes. Externally applied for inhalation and rinse 3-4 times a day: adults and children over 12 years - undiluted, children aged 7-12 - 4 tablespoons of tincture diluted in 200 ml of boiling water; children aged 3-7 years - 2 tablespoons of tincture diluted in 200 ml of boiling water.
