Lorano ODT Indications
Symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Contraindications
The drug is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any other component of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Adults and children over 12 years prescribed loratadine 10 mg (1 tablet) 1 every day.
Children from 2 to 12 years Loratadine prescribed depending on body weight:
- Weighing 30 kg or more: 10 mg (1 tablet) 1 every day;
- Weighing less than 30 kg: 5 mg (½ tablet) 1 every day (tablet can be divided).
Children weighing less than 30 kg is recommended to use the drug in the form of a syrup or suspension.
Elderly patients and patients with renal failure dose adjustment is required.
