Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Increased tone of the parasympathetic nervous system.
Dosage & Administartion
Adults: The recommended dose of 500-2000 mg / day depending on the severity of the patient's condition. The daily dose is distributed into 2-3 doses.
A preparation in the form of solution for oral use can be used in pure form or in admixture with a small amount of water taken from a metering syringe. After each dosing syringe is recommended to wash with water.
The drug is taken regardless of meals.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the brain damage. The recommended minimum duration of treatment - 45 days.
For elderly patients dose adjustment is not necessary.
