The treatment of schizophrenia.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or other component of the drug.
- It is advisable to refrain from appointing the drug to patients with diagnosed or suspected pheochromocytoma, which took antidopaminergic drugs.

Dosage & Administration
If the daily dose does not exceed 400 mg, the drug should be taken 1 time per day.
A dose of 400 mg should be divided into 2 doses per day.
Acute psychotic episodes
It is possible to begin treatment with intramuscular injection that will last for several days, with a maximum dose of 400 mg/day with subsequent transition to oral intake.
Doses of 400 mg/day to 800 mg/day is recommended to prescribe oral. The maximum oral dose should not exceed 1200 mg/day. The safety of doses over 1200 mg/day have not been studied widely. In this regard, such doses should not be used.
Predominantly negative episodes
Recommended doses from 50 mg/day to 300 mg/day. Doses should be individualized. The optimal dose is about 100 mg/day.
Patients of advanced age
Amisulpride should be used with extreme caution to patients in this population due to the risk of hypotension
