Hypertension.
Heart failure.
Prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with documented stable coronary artery disease. Long-term treatment reduces the risk of myocardial infarction and heart failure (of the study EUROPA).
Preventing recurrent stroke in patients with cerebrovascular diseases.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to perindopril or to any other ingredient of the drug, as well as other inhibitors of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).
A history of angioedema related to previous treatment angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).
Hereditary or idiopathic angioedema.
Dosage & Administration
The drug is intended for adults for oral administration.
Perindopril is recommended to take 1 per day in the morning before the meal.
Table Prenesa Oro, tablets, dispersible in the mouth, can be used as an alternative to drug Prenesa tablets for patients who have difficulty swallowing tablets.
Tablets Prenesa Oro Tab placed on the tongue, where the tablet quickly crashed in saliva and can be easily swallowed. The tablets can be taken with or without liquid.
