Norfloxacin Indications
Treatment of superficial eye infections (bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, blepharitis),
outer and middle ear infections (otitis externa, chronic suppurative otitis media).
Dosage & Administration
The dose, frequency and duration of application sets individual doctor!
Eyes
Acute infectious diseases drug instilled eye by 1 - 2 drops every 15 - 30 minutes, then reduce the frequency of instillation.
Patients with moderate process instilled by 1 - 2 drops of 2 - 6 times a day. In acute and chronic trachoma 2 drops instilled in each eye 2 - 4 times a day trechenie 1 - 2 months.
After the disappearance of the symptoms of the disease the use of the drug should continue for the next 48 hours.
Ears
If ear infections - drop 5 drops in the ear 3 times a day. The droplets should have a body temperature. Before applying the drops should be to reorganize the external auditory canal.
The patient should lie on your side or tilt your head to facilitate instillation. After instillation head should be kept in this position approximately 2 minutes. The external auditory canal can be put cotton turunda.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (allergy) to norfloxacin and other fluoroquinolone drugs.
Pregnancy and lactation.
Children and teens under 15 years old.
