Flixomed Indications
Corneal ulcers and superficial infections of the eye (eye) and its appendages caused by strains of bacteria sensitive to ciprofloxacin.
Dosage & Administration
Ophthalmology
To prevent contamination of the dropper tip and p-ra must be careful not to touch the eyelids, surrounding areas or other surfaces with the tip of the dropper bottle.
Corneal Ulcers
Floximed should be applied at such intervals, including the night:
1st day - 1 - 2 drops instilled in the conjunctival sac of an affected eye very 15 minutes during the first 6 h, then - 2 drops every 30 minutes during the first day;
2nd day - 2 drops instilled into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye (s) every hour;
from the 3rd to the 14th day - 2 drops instilled into the conjunctival sac (es) of the affected eye (s) every 4 hours.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to ciprofloxacin or to any component of the drug, hypersensitivity to other quinolones, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
