Novagra Indications
Treatment of erectile dysfunction, defined as the inability to achieve and maintain penile erection necessary for successful sexual intercourse.
For effective action of the drug Novahra desired sexual arousal.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug.
- Concomitant use of nitric oxide donors (such as amyl nitrite) or nitrates in any form is contraindicated, since it is known that sildenafil affects the way the metabolism of nitric oxide / cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and potentiates the hypotensive effect of nitrates.
- Medicines for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, including sildenafil, are contraindicated for men who are not recommended by sexual activity (eg, patients with severe cardiovascular disorders such as unstable angina and heart failure, severe).
- Patients with loss of vision in one eye because of nearterialnoyi anterior ischemic optic neuropathy, regardless of whether the condition is associated with previous PDE5 inhibitors or not.
- Patients with the following diseases: liver dysfunction severe, hypotension (blood pressure below 90/50 mm Hg), recently transferred stroke or myocardial infarction
Dosage & Administration
The drug is applied orally.
For effective action of the drug Novahra desired sexual arousal.
Adults.
The recommended dose is 50 mg Novahra used and, if needed, approximately 1 hour before sexual intercourse. Depending on the efficacy and tolerability the dose may be increased to 100mg or decreased to 25mg. The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg.
The maximum recommended frequency of use of the drug is 1 time per day. Using the drug Novahra during meal preparation action may occur later than when used on an empty stomach.
Elderly patients.
The need for dose adjustment in elderly patients is missing.
Patients with renal insufficiency.
Patients with renal insufficiency mild to moderate severity (creatinine clearance 30 to 80 mL / min) the recommended dose is the same dose
