Mirapex Indications

Dosage & Administration

The long-acting tablets are mirapex PD pramipexole dosage form intended for oral administration 1 time per day.
The tablets should be swallowed whole with water without chewing, not to divide into pieces and crush. Food does not affect the drug. Mirapex PD should be taken every day at about the same time.

Initial therapy
Doses should be increased gradually, starting from 0.375 mg of pramipexole dihydrochloride monohydrate a day, and then increase should be carried out every 5-7 days. If patients have adverse reactions to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect is necessary to titrate the dose.

Maintenance therapy
