Metrogyl Denta Indications
For the treatment of infectious and inflammatory periodontal disease and oral mucosa.
Catarrhal, hypertrophic gingivitis, acute and chronic.
Acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis, (Vincent gingivitis).
Generalized periodontitis, chronic and critical flow.
The trauma of the oral mucosa caused by dentures.
Alveolitis (inflammation of the wells after tooth extraction).
To prevent exacerbations of chronic gingivitis and periodontitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to metronidazole, chlorhexidine, and derivatives of nitroimidazole and any components that are part of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Locally, only for dental use!
Drug use after consultation with the dentist.
Adults and children aged 14 years in inflammation of the gums (gingivitis) Metrogyl Denta® gel applied to the gums 2 times a day. After applying the gel within 30 minutes you can rinse your mouth, drink and eat. The average treatment duration of 7-10 days.
