Magnicum Indications
Preventing complications associated with magnesium deficiency and / or vitamin B6.
The drug is also used prophylactically in the following states:
chronic physical and mental fatigue, irritability, increased risk of stress, depression, sleep disturbances, myalgia, for the prevention of atherosclerosis and myocardial infarction.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml / min), hypermagnesemia, hypervitaminosis of vitamin B6, AV-blockade, severe myasthenia gravis, Parkinson's disease (which is treated with levodopa without concomitant use of peripheral inhibitors decarboxylase levodopa), severe hypotension diarrhea.
Dosage & Administration
Prevention: Adults and children over 12 years - 2 tablets 1 time per day or 1-2 tablets 2 times a day.
Treatment: only on prescription.
Duration of treatment determined by the physician.
Tablets should be swallowed whole and washed down with a glass of water.
