Camphor Oil
Composition: 10% camphor solution in sunflower oil.
Indications
Itching, rheumatism, arthritis, arthralgia, myositis, myalgia, sciatica (administered in combination with chloroform, methyl salicylate and turpentine).
Dosage & Administration
Externally for compresses and grindings.
The action of the drug. When applied topically, camphor oil for external use has antimicrobial and anti-irritant, soothing effect, relieves itching.
Contraindications
Skin disease.
Possible side effects
Hives, skin irritation.
