Indocollyre Indications
- elimination of miosis during surgery for cataract;
- prevention of inflammation after surgery or a cataract surgery on the anterior chamber of the eye;
- elimination of pain in the eyes after PRK for the first few days after surgery.
Dosage & Administration
Аor topical use in ophthalmology adult dose, frequency and duration is determined individually.
Eliminating miosis during surgery: 1 drop 4 times a day, the day before surgery and 1 drop (4 times) for 3 hours prior to surgery.
For prevention of inflammation after surgery or a cataract surgery on the anterior chamber of the eye: 1 drop 4-6 times per day until complete disappearance of disease symptoms must begin instillation for 24 hours before the operation.
To eliminate ocular pain after photorefractive keratectomy: 1 drop 4 times per day during the first few days after surgery.
Guidance on the application method. For the instillation of the drug should be gently pull the lower eyelid and the eye drip 1 drop of p-ra in the conjunctival sac eyes, looking up at the same time.
Contradictions
III trimester of pregnancy; revealed an allergy to diclofenac or drugs with a similar action, for example, other NSAIDs or acetylsalicylic acid; patients with a history of asthma attacks listed caused aspirin or other NSAIDs; active peptic ulcer; severe hepatocellular damage; severe renal insufficiency.
