Trichopol Indication

Tablets: infections caused by susceptible to malaria infections: amebiasis; urogenital trichomoniasis; nonspecific vaginitis; giardiasis; surgical infections caused by susceptible anaerobic bacteria to metronidazole; replacement / in therapy of infections caused by susceptible to metronidazole anaerobic microorganisms;

Combination therapy of gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori.

Vaginal Tablets: Trichomonas vaginitis and urethritis women; nonspecific bacterial vaginitis caused by microorganisms sensitive to metronidazole.

APPLICATION: prevention of infections caused by anaerobic bacteria: Adults and children over the age of 12 years - at the beginning of treatment by 1-1.5 g in 1 reception, then 1 tablet (250 mg) three times a day during or after a meal to the period close preparing the patient for surgery.

Infections with anaerobic bacteria: metronidazole is used as monotherapy or in combination with other antibacterial agents. Generally, treatment is less than 7 days.
