Belara Indications
Treatment of moderate acne common in women for whom hormonal contraception shown ethinylestradiol and hlormadynonom acetate.
Contraindications
Combined oral contraceptives (CCP) can not be used in the presence of the diseases mentioned below. In the event of one of these states while taking the drug Belara should immediately stop taking the drug.
· Presence or risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE):
- Existing venous thromboembolism (on anticoagulants) or a link in history (eg deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism).
- Known hereditary or acquired predisposition to VTE, such as resistance to activated protein C, including leydenivsku factor V mutation; deficiency of antithrombin III, protein C deficiency, deficiency of protein S;
- Planned operation of long-term immobilization.
- High risk of venous thromboembolism due to the presence of multiple risk factors.
· Presence or risk of arterial thromboembolism (ATE):
- Existing arterial thromboembolism or a link in history (eg myocardial infarction) or prodromal conditions (angina).
- Cerebrovascular disease - existing or a history of stroke or prodromal conditions (transient ischemic attack).
- Known hereditary or acquired predisposition to the development of ATE, such as hyperhomocysteinemia, antibodies to phospholipids (antykardiolipinu antibodies, lupus anticoagulant).
· Loss of control of diabetes.
· Uncontrolled hypertension or a significant increase in blood pressure (values constantly higher than 140/90 mm Hg).
· Hepatitis, jaundice, liver dysfunction to the normalization of liver function.
Dosage & Administration
The dosage tablets, film coated shell
1 tablet covered with film cover, should be taken every day at the same time (preferably in the evening) for 21 days in a row, followed by seven days to make a break in the pill; 2-4 days after the last tablet, film coated covered, there will be withdrawal bleeding similar to menstrual bleeding.
After the seven-day break should begin taking the drug Belara® with the next pack, regardless of whether bleeding has stopped or not.
