Diane-35 Indications
Acne Treatment androhenozalezhnoho medium and severe (accompanied / not accompanied by seborrhea) and / or hirsutism in women of reproductive age.
Diane-35 is used only in case of inefficiency means of local therapy or systemic antibiotic therapy for the treatment of acne.
As Diane-35 is also a hormonal contraceptive, this drug should not be used in combination with other hormonal contraceptives.
Contraindications
- Concomitant use of other hormonal contraceptives.
- Venous thrombotic / thromboembolic events (eg deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism) now or in history.
- Own or family history of idiopathic venous thromboembolism (VTE) (and based on family history of VTE parents, brothers or sisters at a relatively young age).
- Arterial thrombotic / thromboembolic events (eg myocardial infarction) or disorders such as angina and transient ischemic attack now or in history.
- Availability current or history of acute cerebrovascular accident.
- The presence of serious or multiple risk factors for venous or arterial thrombosis (see. Section "Peculiarities of Application"), for example:
- diabetes with vascular complications,
- severe hypertension,
- dyslipoproteyinemiya hard.
Dosage & Administration
Diane-35 inhibits ovulation and thereby showing the contraceptive effect. Therefore, patients who receive treatment with Diane-35 should not use additional hormonal contraceptive, as this causes overdose of hormones and is not necessary to provide effective contraceptive protection.
For this reason, women who wish to become pregnant, should not take Diane-35. To achieve adequate therapeutic effect and contraceptive protection drug Diane-35 should be taken regularly.
