Tenochek Indications
Hypertension, chronic ischemic heart disease (stable angina).
Dosage & Administration
Administered orally, prescribed only for adults. Tablets are taken without chewing, drinking water before a meal, preferably at the same time. Dose and duration of therapy physician individually set depending on the therapeutic effect obtained. You can not change the dosage or stop treatment without your doctor's advice. With the sudden discontinuation of the drug may develop withdrawal symptoms. Therefore, a dose reduction and elimination of the drug should be slow and gradual.
When AH - one tablet per day. Depending on the individual response of the patient the dose may be increased to the maximum daily - 2 tablets.
Angina / stenocardia - one tablet per day.
Patients with significant renal impairment dose depends on creatinine clearance: at 10-30 ml / minute dose reduced by 2 times when clearance <10 mL / min - lower dose 4 times as compared with the conventional.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to the drug, hypotension (systolic blood pressure <90 mm Hg. Art.), congestive heart failure, AV-blockade II-III degree sinoatrial block syndrome sick sinus, myocardial infarction with arterial hypotension, sinus bradycardia (heart rate <50 beats / min), cardiogenic shock, later stages of peripheral circulatory disorders, metabolic acidosis.; severe liver and kidney disease, Raynaud's syndrome, allergies, psoriasis, diabetes, asthma, simultaneous use of MAO inhibitors (except MAO-B inhibitors).
During pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children under 18 years old.
