Epigen indications
- Treatment of papillomavirus infection.
- Treatment of viral infection caused by herpes simplex virus types I and II.
- Treatment of viral infection caused by Varicella Zoster virus (shingles), as part of complex therapy.
- Prevention of recurrence of viral infections caused by herpes simplex virus types I and II, Varicella Zoster virus, human papilloma virus.
- Treatment of nonspecific colpitis and vaginitis (as part of complex therapy).
Epigen contraindications
Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug.
Dosage & Administration
External, intravaginal and intraurethral injection.
Shake the vial before use.
When using, keep the vial upright.
When applied externally to adults and children over 1 year of age, the drug should be applied to the entire affected skin surface, spraying at a distance of 4-5 cm by 1-2 valve presses, which is the optimal therapeutic dose.
For intravaginal use, women are given a special nozzle with a spray. Remove the spray valve and put on the nozzle. Insert the nozzle into the vagina and perform 1-2 pressings of the nozzle, which is the optimal therapeutic dose.
When used for men, in addition to external use, the drug should be injected into the external opening of the urethra by 1-2 presses of the spray valve. The course of treatment is determined by the doctor depending on the nature and course of the disease.

Not recommended for children under 1 year.
