Dorzoptik Combi Indications

Increased intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or pseudoexfoliative glaucoma when topical beta-blockers alone are insufficient.

Contradictions

- Hypersensitivity to one or both active substances or to any of the components of the drug;

- diseases of the respiratory tract, including bronchial asthma, and a history of bronchial asthma or severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;

- sinus bradycardia, sinoatrial node weakness syndrome, second or third degree antrioventricular block, not controlled by the rhythm driver, severe heart failure, cardiogenic shock;

- severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance

- period of pregnancy and breastfeeding, childhood.

Dosage & Administration

Dorsoptic Combi is applied 1 drop in the conjunctival sac twice a day.

If several topical ophthalmic agents are used during treatment, the drugs should be administered at intervals of 10 minutes. If you switch from treatment with other ophthalmic drugs to the use of the drug Dorzoptic Combi, it is used the day after the cancellation of the previous drug.

The patient should be warned to wash his hands before use and not to touch the pipette of the eye and adjacent areas.

Patients should also be informed that if eye drops are mishandled, bacteria that cause eye infections may enter the solution. Severe damage with subsequent loss of vision is possible when using the contaminated solution.

Application of Dorzoptic Combi drops:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before using the drug.

2. Unscrew the cap on the bottle.

3. Tilt your head back and pull the lower eyelid so that there is space between the eyelid and the eyeball.

4. Turn the bottle upside down, lightly press the index and thumb on the walls and squeeze 1 drop into the conjunctival sac. Do not touch the tip of the dropper to the surface of the eye or adjacent tissues. If the drop does not get into the conjunctival sac, another drop should be instilled.

5. If the doctor prescribes the use of the drug in the conjunctival sac of the other eye, it is necessary to repeat the steps in paragraphs 3 and 4. The tip is designed to accurately dose 1 drop, so do not increase the hole in the dispenser.

6. After instillation it is necessary to tighten a bottle cap.

Nasolacrimal occlusion or closing of the eyelids within 2 minutes after application of the drug reduces systemic absorption. This improves the local effect of the drug and reduces systemic side effects.

Дорзоптик Комбі застосовують по 1 краплі в кон’юнктивальний мішок двічі на добу.

Якщо при лікуванні застосовується декілька місцевих офтальмологічних засобів, введення препаратів потрібно здійснювати з інтервалом у 10 хвилин. Якщо переходять з лікування іншими офтальмологічними препаратами на застосування препарату Дорзоптик Комбі, його застосовують на наступний день після відміни попереднього препарату.

Хворого слід попередити, що потрібно вимити руки перед застосуванням і не торкатися піпеткою ока і прилеглих ділянок.

Хворих також необхідно проінформувати, що при неправильному поводженні з очними краплями у розчин можуть потрапити бактерії, які спричиняють інфекцію очей. При застосуванні контамінованого розчину можливі тяжкі ушкодження з подальшою втратою зору.

Застосування крапель Дорзоптик Комбі:

1. Перед застосуванням препарату слід ретельно вимити руки.

2. Відкрутити ковпачок на пляшечці.

3. Нахилити голову назад і відтягнути нижню повіку так, щоб між повікою і очним яблуком був простір.

4. Перевернути пляшечку догори дном, легенько натиснути вказівним та великим пальцем на стінки і видавити 1 краплю в конʼюнктивальний мішок. Не слід торкатися наконечником крапельниці поверхні ока чи прилеглих тканин. Якщо крапля не потрапила в конʼюнктивальний мішок, потрібно закапати ще одну краплю.

5. Якщо лікарем призначено застосування препарату в конʼюктивальний мішок іншого ока, необхідно повторити дії за пунктом 3 і 4. Наконечник спроектований таким чином, щоб точно дозувати 1 краплю, тому не слід збільшувати отвір в дозаторі.

6. Після закапування необхідно закрутити кришечку флакона.

Назолакримальна оклюзія або закриття повік протягом 2 хвилин після застосування препарату, зменшує системну абсорбцію. Це покращує місцевий ефект препарату та зменшує системні побічні реакції.
