Dofamin Indications

Acute hypotension, or shock caused by myocardial infarction, endotoxic septicemia, trauma or renal insufficiency.

Decompensated congestive heart failure.

As adjunctive therapy - priarterialnoy hypotension after open heart surgery, which can not be cured, despite the correction of blood volume.
 

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to dopamine or other ingredients.
Pheochromocytoma, thyrotoxicosis.
Uncorrected tachyarrhythmias, the tendency to ventricular fibrillation, as well as the state, accompanied by the mechanical resistance of ventricular filling.
Angle-closure glaucoma.
Prostatic hyperplasia with urinary retention.

Dosage & Administration

The drug is used strictly prescribed by a doctor in a hospital.
