Difmetre Indications

Immediate treatment of migraine with aura and without it (especially patients who during a migraine attack occurs nausea and vomiting).

Treatment of tension headaches.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any excipient of the drug.

Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation of history related to previous active therapy, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), or peptic ulcer / haemorrhage in history.

An allergic reaction to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs in history.

Severe heart failure, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency.

Mental illness, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease.

Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease.

Pregnancy.

Children age.

Dosage & Administration

Difmetre drug is recommended as soon as possible after the onset of headache, even though the drug is also effective if taken later.

It is recommended to take 1 effervescent tablets inside, the first manifestations of headaches after completely dissolved in a glass of cold water. The choice of dose depends on the severity of symptoms and the patient.

With the lack of efficacy if the effectiveness of the first dose within 2 hours after taking Dyfmetre insufficient, re-admission of the same dose during the same attack can be an effective treatment for headaches.

As shown by clinical studies, even if the drug was ineffective in the first attack, there is a possibility that it will be effective during the next attack.

A second attack within 24 - 48 hours if within 24 - 48 hours after relief again observed headache, you should take a second dose for treatment of relapse.

The maximum daily dose should not exceed 8 tablets. The duration of treatment depends on the type of headache and the doctor determined individually.
