Difenda Indications
Contraception (birth control).
Contraindications
Difenda drug should not be used in the presence of at least one of the conditions listed below or diseases. If any of these conditions or diseases occurs during the first use of the drug, its reception should be stopped immediately.
- Venous or arterial thrombotic / tromboemboliyni events (eg deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction) or cerebrovascular disorder now or in history.
- Presence or history now prodromal symptoms of thrombosis (eg transient stroke, angina).
- The presence of serious or multiple risk factors for venous or arterial thrombosis.
- Migraine with focal neurological symptoms in history.
- Diabetes mellitus with vascular lesion.
- Severe liver disease, while indicators of liver function have not returned to normal limits.
- Renal insufficiency or severe acute renal failure.
- Availability current or history of liver tumors (benign or malignant).
- Known or suspected malignancy (eg genitals or breasts) that is dependent on hormones.
- Vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology.
- Known or suspected pregnancy.
- Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the ingredients.
Dosage & Administration
With proper use of combined oral contraceptives (COCs) the degree of failure is approximately 1% per year. In case of missed pills or misuse of the degree of failure may increase.
Tablets should be taken daily in accordance with the procedure referred to blister, about the same time, drinking a small amount of liquid. The drug take 1 tablet a day for 28 consecutive days. Pills with every next pack should be started the day after the previous package.
