Diclofenac Ultra Indications
Symptomatic treatment of pain, inflammation and edema at:
- Soft tissue injury: injuries of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (eg due to sprains, strains, contusion, sports injury);
- Localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism: tendinitis (including "tennis elbow"..), Bursitis, shoulder syndrome and periartropatiya, localized forms of degenerative rheumatic disease (osteoarthritis of peripheral joints and spine).
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug. Hypersensitivity to aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
- Attacks of asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis caused by taking aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in history.
Dosage & Administration
The required amount of product should be applied to the skin of the affected area. Depending on the size of the skin surface to be treated by 2-3 taps on the sprayer (0.8-1.2 ml spray which contains 32-48 mg diclofenac sodium). The drug is applied 3 times a day at regular intervals. Do not exceed a single dose of 1.2 ml (3 hits) drug. The maximum daily dose is 9 strokes (3.6 ml spray containing 144 mg of diclofenac sodium).
The drug should be carefully rubbed into the skin, then you need to wash your hands thoroughly, except when they are the place of treatment.
When symptoms (pain and swelling) reduced, treatment can be stopped. Do not continue treatment for longer than 7 days without consulting a doctor. If no improvement occurs after 3 days of treatment, you should consult with your doctor.
