Bronhomax Indications
- Treatment of acute and chronic inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and respiratory tract infections (otitis media, sinusitis, rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, tracheitis, rynotraheobronhit, bronchitis) in the complex treatment of asthma.
- Seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and other allergic manifestations of the respiratory system and otolaryngology.
- Respiratory manifestations of measles, influenza.
- Symptomatic treatment of whooping cough.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, children under 2 years.
Dosage & Administration
Appoint orally to children aged 2 years and adults.
Use of the drug is contraindicated in children less than 2 years.
The daily dose should be administered on the basis of body weight and age, but it should not exceed the recommended daily dose. The daily dose should be allocated to 2-3 hours and take before meals.
Children under 2 years recommended dose is 4 mg / kg body weight (2 ml / kg):
- If the child's body weight less than 10 kg, the dose is 2 to 4 teaspoons of syrup (10-20 ml) respectively fenspiride hydrochloride 20-40 mg per day;
- If a child weight more than 10 kg, the daily dose is 2 to 4 tablespoons of the syrup (30-60 ml) under 60-120 mg fenspiride hydrochloride per day.
Syrup 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains 10 mg fenspiride hydrochloride syrup 1 tablespoon (15 ml) - 30 mg fenspiride hydrochloride.
Adults and children over 12 years of syrup daily dose of 3 to 6 tablespoons (45-90 ml) under 90-180 mg fenspiride hydrochloride per day.
The duration of treatment depends on the disease and the doctor determined individually.
