Climen Indications

Hormone replacement therapy in pathological symptoms of menopause, signs of involution skin and urogenital tract, depression at menopause, symptoms hormonodefitsytu caused by natural menopause or hypogonadism, castration, or primary ovarian failure function in women with a uterus undeleted.

Prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis.

The regulation of the menstrual cycle.

Treatment of primary and secondary amenorrhea.

Contraindications

The drug should not be used if any of the conditions listed below or diseases. If any of these conditions or diseases arising from the use of the drug, its reception should be stopped immediately:

- pregnancy or lactation;
- vaginal bleeding of unknown etiology;
- breast cancer or suspected it;
- malignant tumors that are hormone or suspicion thereof;
- liver tumors (benign or malignant) history;
- severe liver disease;
- myocardial infarction and / or stroke;
- thrombosis (formation of a blood clot) in the blood vessels of the legs (deep vein thrombosis) or lungs (pulmonary embolism) -in the present or in the past;
- high risk of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism;
- significantly elevated levels of triglycerides in the blood (a special type of blood lipids);
- allergic to any of the ingredients.

Dosage  & Administration

If the patient is still observed monthly bleeding should start receiving Climen on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle.

Patients with amenorrhea or very rare periods of monthly bleeding or in women during menopause can start taking the drug at any time, provided the pregnancy has been excluded.

Climen should be taken 1 white tablet daily for the first 11 days following 10 days - 1 pink tablet daily. Each package is designed for 21 days of treatment. After the package provides a 7-day break in the reception Climen.
