Bacterial infection of the surface of the eye and its appendages

The standard dose is 1-2 drops into the conjunctival sac of the affected eye  4 times a day.

In severe infections, the dose may be 1-2 drops every 2 hours during the first two days during daytime.

Typically, treatment lasts 7-14 days.

After instillation is recommended tight closure of the eyelids or nososlozova occlusion. This reduces the systemic absorption of drugs introduced in the eye, which reduces the likelihood of systemic side effects.
