Chlorophyllipt Indications
Staphylococcal septic conditions (postpartum, postoperative, postinfectious) pyoinflammatory and postoperative complications of staphylococcal etiology:
- at burn disease, staphylococcal endocarditis in patients after heart surgery, pneumonia;
- lung abscesses; with pleurisy, peritonitis, osteomyelitis, and metrendometryti parameters, post-abortion sepsis, and acute and subacute inflammatory diseases of internal genital organs, not related to childbirth or abortion, purulent-destructive forms of pyelonephritis and urosepsis (in the complex therapy).
In diseases caused by antibiotic-resistant pathogens nestafilokokovymy (particularly for the treatment of erysipelas, tuberculosis of any localization, listeriosis infection).
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug.
Dosage & Administration
Intravenous (slowly) introduction of chlorophyllipt is prescribed for septic conditions, burn disease, pneumonia. 2 ml of 0.25% alcohol solution preparation dilute 38 ml of sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution (ie 20 times). The drug is prepared ex tempore. The solution should be transparent, with no flakes. The prepared solution is administered intravenously over 40 ml 4 times a day every day for 4-5 days.
When peritonitis and pleural empyema daily for 5-8 days chlorophyllipt injected into the cavity through the drainage tube (0.25% alcohol solution diluted in a ratio of 1:20 novocaine 0,25%). Prepare drug ex tempore.
