Carductal Indications
Adults trimetazidine indicated for the symptomatic treatment of stable angina in low efficiency or intolerance antianginal drugs first act.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any excipient.
- Parkinson's disease, the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, tremor, a syndrome of "restless legs" and other movement disorders, related to the foregoing.
- Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 ml / min.).
Dosage & Administration
For oral administration.
One tablet trimetazidine 20 mg three times a day with meals.
The duration of treatment depends on the severity and course of the disease.
Specific patient groups
Patients with renal insufficiency
For patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance 30-60 ml / min.) (See. Section "The application features"), the recommended dose is one tablet of 20 mg twice daily, ie once in the morning and once in the evening during meals .
Elderly patients.
