Broncholytin Indications
Symptomatic treatment of dry cough different etiology with infectious and inflammatory diseases of the upper respiratory tract, including acute and chronic bronchitis, flu.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients of the drug;
- Hypotension;
- Acute myocardial infarction.
Dosage & Administration
Table bronholitin take internally, it is recommended to use the drug after meals.
Adults.
Dose for adults is 40 mg applied 2-3 times a day. In more severe cases the single dose may be increased to 80 mg. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 200 mg.
Children aged 4 years.
Single dose for children aged 4 years is 10 mg, take 2-3 times per day.
The maximum daily dose should not exceed 40 mg.
Patients with dysfunction of the liver and kidneys.
For patients with kidney disease and liver should reduce the dose or increase the interval between doses.
Duration of treatment should not exceed 5 days.
The use of drug for a longer period and at higher doses is only possible by appointment and under constant medical supervision.
