Birch buds Indications
swelling of renal and cardiac origin, inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and bladder, kidney stone disease, in the treatment of liver diseases, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis.
Dosage & Administration
10 g (1/2 tablespoon) of birch kidneys placed in an enamel bowl, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water at room temperature, close lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials squeeze strained infusion. Infusions bring boiled water to 200 ml.
Take in the form of heat for 1 / 2-1 / 3 cup 2-3 times a day for 10-15 minutes before eating. Before use, the infusion is recommended to shake.
