Bendamustin Indications
- chronic lymphocytic leukemia;
- monotherapeutic processes of indolent hodzhinsky lymphomas during exacerbations or after a six-month treatment with rituximab;
- multiple myeloma Ⅱ and Ⅲ stages.
Contradictions
Hypersensitivity to bentamustine hydrochloride and / or mannitol;
pregnancy, presumptive pregnancy, breastfeeding period;
moderate and severe hepatic insufficiency;
Dosage & Administration
The concentrate preparation powder for infusion solution is dissolved in water for injection, diluted with sodium chloride 9 mg / ml (0.9%) chloride solution, followed by intravenous infusion.
Should use aseptic methods of work.
After preparing, apply the medicament immediately.
